Linux Updates

Linux is a family of free and open-source software operating systems built around the Linux kernel. Typically, Linux is packaged in a form known as a Linux distribution(or distro for short) for both desktop and server use.

There are several common Distros from Arch Linux, CentOS, Debian, Raspbian, FedoraGentoo LinuxLinux Mint, Mageia, openSUSE and Ubuntu, together with commercial distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server.

It Doesn’t matter which version of Linux a system has or even if its Software installed OS or an embedded system. It is strongly recommneded that if possible always update all security updates when possible.

Because there are so many distros, if you do not know how to update a linux system, It is better to contact a expert to install or help provide ways to updating the system, as opposed to going with out.
